SAYA Loft offers specialized delivery based on the products you’ve ordered. Bigger items, such as tables, cannot be delivered in the same manner as small objects, such as pillows. For example, a table would be delivered by a trusted and specialized carrier, while a small object, like the pillow, would be delivered with FedEx. We select the best carriers in order to better serve you. Your order will be delivered in excellent condition, while respecting established wait times.
For larger furniture, make sure that they can be easily delivered to their destination without any accessibility issues. Before the delivery, take note of every piece of furniture’s dimensions in order to ensure its safe passage through any obstacle, such as elevators, sharp turns, and doorways.
For objects weighing 151 lb or more:
Door Thresholds –The delivery company will communicate with you in order to schedule a 4 hour timeslot for the delivery. The carrier will deliver the furniture to the first dry/secured zone. These are usually garages, covered porches, or an entrance hall. The package will not be opened, and the remaining detritus will not be handled by the carrier.
White Glove — The delivery company will communicate with you in order to schedule a 4 hour timeslot for the delivery. The carrier will deliver the furniture to the room of your choice. Afterwards, the package will be opened, and the furniture inspected and assembled, if needed. After the delivery has followed its procedure, and your approval, the carrier will leave with all the detritus caused by the delivery.
Warehouse pickup - All our product can be picked up directly at our warehouse from Monday to Friday, between 9AM-5PM. Our warehouse is located on 1405 Av. Saint-Jean-Baptiste, # 124. Québec, QC, G2E 5K2.
For objects weighing less than 151 lb:
FedEx - two (2) to seven (7) business days. (Anticipate 1-2 additional days when delivering to distant regions.)

Your Order Has Been Damaged During Delivery?
We do whatever we can to ensure your products arrive in impeccable shape. However, accidents can happen; never sign a delivery note without having inspected the package. You must note down any damage spotted on the reception of the order. If this is not done, Saya Loft cannot be held responsible for damages. If the products were damaged during transport, let us know as early as possible at email@example.com. Try to include an image and description of the damages. Saya Loft will then proceed with an exchange or reimbursement. For more details, consult our return policy.
